The search request is sent in real time to regional retailers and service providers. The providers receive the search request and decide whether they want to serve the request and have free capacities or not.
If the provider decides to make an inquiry, contact is established with the interested party and a sales talk takes place either by telephone or video telephony. Here the offerer can then advise the interested party, arrange the purchase and - after approval - receives the contact details of the buyer. The customer then picks up the goods analogously from the local store or, in the case of the washing machine for example, has them delivered conveniently to his home.
